We are committed to delivering your order(s) on time. We do not ship order(s) on Saturdays & Public holidays. For free shipping order(s), we use EMS (government post office of Nepal) and DHL and FedEx in case of express shipping(extra charge is added). The products marked as 'free shipping' takes upto 14 days or more to deliver depending upon the destinations. However, express shipping may take less than 10 days. But again, the delivery time may differ from the estimated due to various reasons such as courier company or custom policy of the destination or holidays.
If the order(s) you received is damaged or the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at himalayanthanka@gmail.com with the pictures mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the packing is intact when you send us the product back.
If the product(s) is damaged or is different than you ordered (color of the products is not considered here as the color may differ due to resolution of the device), you will be reimbursed (excluding shipping and handling charges incurred by us). You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. So, we request you to place order carefully and do not hesitate to inquire before placing order(s) if needed. In order to make a return request please contact us at himalayanthanka@gmail.com. Please be advised that we require a reciept or a proof of purchase to complete your return.
We accept refund only within the 30 days from the day of the delivery received. To claim refund, goods must be unused or in the same condition as received. Once return is received and inspected, we will notify you through email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchange so we highly encourage you to inquire us prior to placing order(if needed) and place order carefully.
